Intensive training Easter 2026
From the Californian Massage School Barcelona we offer to guide you on an exciting journey through the senses, enjoy the present moment, breathe it, free yourself and give good energy.

Step by step, you will learn to reconnect and be aware of your own body to carry out your own transformation and healing. You will learn to touch, feel and move through the body through long movements, stretches and twists creating fluidity to relax the nervous system. You will understand the body’s mechanisms and muscular actions to release both physical and emotional blockages.
Basic Course
Its focus is to make you aware of your body, harmonize your breath and energy to connect with your center (hara). You will learn to connect with this space within you. From relaxation, you will enter a meditative state that will connect you intuitively with your heart. Through this state you will be able to enter into fusion with the other person. You will learn to work with your body weight so as not to injure yourself, and to fluidly touch each part of the body, to release emotions and tensions, thus freeing the nervous system.
Intensive format
The main advantages of this format compared to the regular training courses we offer at the school are as follows:
- Intensive morning and afternoon classes: over the course of seven days we will do very deep and intense work, for which we will spend around eight hours a day studying and practising Californian massage.
- The training programme is very extensive, but the method we use is the repetition of the massage sequences, and in this case very close repetitions in time, so that the practice is well established in the student’s memory.
- We will start each day with a specific work of body awareness. They will be delicious blends prepared by Linda, directly for you, which will help us to harmonize the training.
